Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests I REQUIRE a 48hr notice for any changes. Should you need to cancel or reschedule or make any changes to your visit with me please notify me by 48 hrs, If less then 48hr notice is given, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Late Policy

Your time is valuable to me! I strive to offer a relaxed environment for each and every guest. I can not accommodate any guest arriving 15 minutes or later for their service and they will be considered a No Show.

( If I start your appointment late, you will not be penalized and will recieve a full service)

No Show Policy

In the unfortunate event of a No Show, I reserve the right to refuse future services. In such case, 100% of the service fee is required before any future bookings.
